Second last day of the show and it has been a great success. It's been ten years since I sold my work directly in America, and over four years since I had any U.S. Distributor. So it was fantastic to meet so many old friends, and new faces, and to receive such an enthusiastic response to my new Canvas product line. I must thank all the shops who placed orders, and Chris and I are really looking forward to working with all of you going forward. A big thank you must go to Chris, my Agent and good friend, who has taken to her new role like a duck to water ( I knew she would!). I am aiming to have the full catalogue of prints available from the 32 counties up on my website by the end of May, and all the North American retail outlets will be listed on my website to help you find my work to buy. Chris is the sole U.S. Agent for my work, and is also authorised to appoint sub-reps across the States. I'm heading back to America this week for The Ireland Show in Secaucus New Jersey, which runs from the 21st to the 24th of April. I will be there, in Suite 611 of The Embassy Suites, with my new agent Christine Martin from Lavallette New Jersey. It has been almost a decade since I have had an agent in the U.S. so its exciting to be showing at this trade show, and hopefully meeting many familiar faces from years gone by. Chris is my sole agent/distributor in the U.S. and is authorised to appoint reps in different territories as the demand arises. I have known Chris for many years, and during my QVC trip in September 2011 we started a conversation about her being my agent, and it has led to showing this year at Secaucus. I will have the full selection of fine art prints from the 32 counties available mounted or framed, and a brand new product, a canvas print stretched on a frame. We are sharing the space with Ann Mullen, Kara Irish Potteries. Ann will be showing a range of stone coaster collections with reproductions of my work; Cottages of Ireland, Harbours of Ireland, Irish Pubs, and Castles of Ireland.

I am launching my Irish Pub stone coaster Collection, made by Kara Irish Pottery in Co. Derry N. Ireland. The four pubs are, The Bulman Kinsale Co. I'm delighted to be heading back again to QVC, broadcasting from Philadelphia, on St. Patrick's day 2012. This time I am launching a brand new product, Irish Pub Stone Coasters, made in Ireland by Kara Irish Pottery Limited. Four of my paintings have been subsumed into the stone using a brand new U.S. solvent ink jet technology, that gently colours the stone without inhibiting the porous quality of the sandstone. The paintings are; The Thatched Pub, Sligo, The Bulman Kinsale Co. Cork, Oliver St. John Gogarty Temple Bar Dublin and Durty Nelly's Bunratty Co. Clare. The stone is quarried, cored, cut and sanded in the Northwest of Ireland, the natural variations in the stone making each coaster unique. The porous nature of the stone naturally absorbs liquids, making sandstone the perfect material for drinks coasters.
